Hello-!!!! Welcome to our new blog Annie's Home. Today April 4th is the first day of this ublog but also my nieces birthday. Shout out to her. She is more like my daughter as her mother had mental illness and she grew up in our house. At our blog we will try bring awareness to mental illness. Many other things happened on April 4th thru history as well. A great man to many was shot and killed on this day in 1968. Dr. Martin Luther King was that man who stood up to take a stand and whose death inspires many today. Another African American man celebrated this day after hitting homerun and tie baby Ruth's homerun record. His name none other than Hank Aaron. April 4th is also national Carrot day.
